A day will come in our Country that , there will be a formal
PUBLIC CONSULTATION first through the INTERNET before a
certain Law is passed. It will be an open portal where people can freely voice their opinions and feelings.
After the ONLINE CONSULTATION WITH A POLL, there will be a PUBLIC DEBATE which will be "livestream" accessible to all Filipino both on the Television and the Internet.
There shall be no threat of a Libel suit nor imprisonment to assure honest opinions. The Government will feel the pulse of the People towards the proposed law if it is indeed favorable for all or not.
