The infamous "Sotonizing", allegedly...

I am very much disheartened, disappointed and even more disturbed with Senator Sotto's speech writer with the alleged plagiarism thrown to Sen. Sotto. They were paid very well to make speeches for the Senator but what they did was to copy-paste (perhaps even spent more time "facebooking" rather than focusing on making a meritable and genuine speech. Nevertheless, this falls into lack of responsibility of the one reading the speech. Before readi
ng a speech, or even claiming it as one's own, the reader must verify its contents whether its free of anomalies.

I also would want to suggest to ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS to PLEASE CREATE YOUR OWN GENUINE SPEECHES! For our Country's sake! How will you be able to create meaningful Laws and implement Order if you yourselves cannot even construct meaningful and genuine speeches? I am so disheartened that a SENATOR (technically called MEMBER OF THE UPPER HOUSE) cannot even make his speeches that would radiate genuinely in his mind.

I learn from Elementary to College, repeatedly that: EACH AND EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT LINES OF THINKING AND AND MORE SO WITH CONSTRUCTING IDEAS. THE STYLE OF SPEAKING, WRITING AND THE NUANCES WHEN COMMUNICATING IN ANY FORM OF MEDIUM IS BUT UNIQUE AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE DONE BY ANYONE AS EXACTLY AS IT IS SIMULTANEOUSLY.

In the case of Sen. Sotto's alleged plagiarism, I think he deserves this hullabaloo. WELL-DESERVED. I am saying "alleged" because we may not know the complete real facts without conducting scientific research and make these out of this. Nevertheless, based from comparison of his speeches and the blogs presented, this is therefore a MAJOR Earthquake in his career with a magnitude of 10.0+ and with aftershocks that would be expected even beyond his lifetime.

We all learned in BASIC EDUCATION the basics of conduct. Taking FULL merit for the works of others as if it's completely created and owned by oneself is nothing but ABSOLUTELY WRONG.

I can imagine how competent Sen. Sotto is. How can we blame people creating the word synonymous with "copying-translating" to "Sotonizing?"

I can imagine how Senators of other countries might have expressed regarding this issue.
