Nurse Anesthetics: The power of Nurses...

I accompanied a korean student some 3 days ago to the hospital because he fell from the jeepney and had major scratches, a fact he hid from us for 2-3 days until he had fever, infection and untolerable pain. When we approached the E.R., Instead of feeling the pain, he got too concious he forgot about his painful agony, all he did was to make "pogi" points to the pretty nurse who attended to him!

Quick Lessons learned:
1. Beautiful nurses are very effective anesthetics.
2. Making "pogi" points reduces pain.
3. And most importantly, para wag magastusan, wag mahuhulog sa jeep, stop, look and listen dapat lagi.

Ps: kung mahulog man, pwede bang sabihin agad, hindi yung two days na at nilalagnat na saka palang sasabihin...

Life lesson: don't procrastinate. Kung may pain, may mali talaga, magpa check kaagad. Minsan dyan pa tayo napapahamak e yung parang "naku okay lang ito..." tapos pala malala na...

Business lesson: Injuries of whatever sorts minor or major may these be, must be remedied quickly. If in worst case a certain problem arose but already posing big damages, seek interventions and/or advisements from better-knowing individuals... Proper channeling of concerns is needed ASAP. There are things better dealt by those who know better than us.

Everything is okay now. Strong antibiotics did the trick.
